Asian Autumn Greens Blend Mix: these seeds can cover 100-200 sqft of garden space easily if you sow them by rows 4" apart, space seeds 1/4" apart. As there are over 5,000 seeds in the 10-gram packet, please DO NOT OVER-SEED, unless you plan to thin them out & enjoy them as baby greens.

• 1-gram Japanese Red Giant Mustard Green, Brassica juncea からしな Karashina 大紫芥菜

• 1-gram Taiwanese Sword Leaf Lettuce, Lactuca sativa, A-Choy, AA Choy, 萵苣菜 AA菜 油麥菜

• 1-gram Tatsoi green, 塌菜，塔菇菜

For continuous harvests, Gai Choi & A Choi can be harvested by cutting/pinch off outer leaves. Tong Ho can be harvest 1/2" above the first branch point and new shoots will emerge and second harvest is possible within 2-3 weeks.

To guard against early frosts, you can cover greens with frost blanket to extend harvest for several more weeks..

These Asian veggies are sold @ Mitsuwa, Ranch 99 and H-Mart for $2-$3 per pound. If you can grow them organically, the reward for most tender, freshest & safest veggies is priceless!!!
