How to Grow:
Start seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last expected frost. Plant seeds 1/2 inch deep in seed starting mix, keeping soil moist and warm (70-75°F). Once seedlings have at least two sets of true leaves and temperatures are consistently above 60°F, transplant them outdoors in full sun, spacing plants 18 inches apart. Water regularly and provide a support structure as beefsteak tomatoes can become heavy. Harvest tomatoes when they reach full color and are slightly firm to the touch.
