Long Stem Tong Ho (Glebionis coronaria), also known as Edible Chrysanthemum or Shungiku, features deeply serrated, dark green leaves and tall, straight stems. This vigorous, slow-bolting variety yields fresh, aromatic, crispy leaves, ideal for Asian hot pots, salads, and stir-fries. It is rich in potassium and antioxidants. Each ounce contains approximately 14,000 seeds.
